Jae H. Cho is a trial and appellate attorney experienced in State and Federal Court who is also well-versed in transactional matters. Mr. Cho has represented clients on not only complex commercial disputes in the US and Asia but also sophisticated litigation matters such as trust and estates, Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA), and nonprofit entities.
In advocating for clients of all sizes including Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Cho brings insight and perspective gleaned from representing clients across five continents. Because he is well versed in complex commercial transactional matters, Mr. Cho approaches dispute matters with an emphasis on business goals.
Mr. Cho is a former Appellate Division Law Clerk for the Honorable Howard Kestin, P.J.A.D (retired) of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

- Defended an insurer in appellate proceedings concerning the scope of coverage and the enforceability of policy exclusions under New Jersey law. Liberty Mutual Insurance v. Doris Huggins, A-5228-13T4 (App. Div. 2016)(unpublished)
- Defended a national home improvement retailer in litigation involving personal injury claims arising from alleged unsafe conditions on store property.
- Defended a major pharmaceutical company in a nationwide consumer protection class action involving allegations of deceptive marketing.
- Represented the estate of a celebrity in litigation involving right of publicity and unauthorized use of name and likeness.
- Counseled a cable provider in licensing and copyright litigation over the broadcast and retransmission of content.
- Travel to Papua New Guinea and negotiate with government officials and parties concerning foreign investment, technology, licensing and operations.
- Travel to Guinea-Conakry and negotiate with government officials and parties concerning licensing, operations and distribution.
- Counsel to prepare and negotiate various agreements including foreign investments, distribution, intellectual property, product placement, employment matters and real estate.
- Representation in negotiations and preparation of product distribution agreements, leases, licensing and sales. Representation in prosecution and defense of contract breach and fraud.
