Rosanne Felicello is an experienced trial attorney who regularly assists clients with business disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States, and before government agencies. She also has substantial experience with alternative dispute resolution solutions, including arbitration and mediation. She works closely with clients to develop and implement practical solutions to legal and corporate problems.

Her experience includes general business litigation and dispute resolution. She handles shareholder and contract disputes, false advertising claims, copyright and trademark disputes, antitrust defense and counseling, SEC whistleblower suits, and legal malpractice claims.

She has extensive industry experience, including financial and professional services, food and beverage, art, fashion and design, and sports industries.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Felicello practiced law at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston and at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP in New York.

Representative Matters

  • Represented a NY-based boutique investment bank to a successful outcome in an international arbitration, leading to a multimillion dollar arbitration award that was recently confirmed by the SDNY.
  • Represented a NY nonprofit to successfully oppose a motion to compel arbitration.
  • Represented NY-based medical house call provider in connection with a trademark infringement action pending in federal court in California, resulting in a settlement.
  • Represented NYC fashion show in connection with an international arbitration with a fashion label.
  • Represented minority members of LLC to obtain an order of dissolution upon the majority’s transfer of the LLC’s assets to a subsidiary.
  • Represented defendant attorney in dismissal of significant legal malpractice case upheld by the Court of Appeals. Waggoner v. Caruso.
