Professional Liability
We represent clients who have suffered injuries or damages caused by licensed professionals, including lawyers and medical care providers. These types of licensed professionals owe a duty of care to their clients. When a professional breaches his or her duty of care, and that breach causes damage, the client may have grounds to recover from the professional.
We also represent attorneys who are facing claims of legal malpractice or attorney disciplinary action.
Our experience on both sides of these cases makes us better attorneys with a broader perspective.
