Represented a NY-based boutique investment bank to a successful outcome in an international arbitration, leading to a multimillion dollar arbitration award that was recently confirmed by the SDNY.

Represented NYC fashion show in connection with an international arbitration with a fashion label.

Represented multinational telecommunications company in bribery and corruption investigations (internal and governmental) in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, resulting in no action taken by US or UK regulators.

Kenmar Sec., LLC v. Negocios Y Telefonia Nedetel, No. 24 CIV.6737 (VM), 2024 WL 5165960, at *1 (S.D.N.Y. Dec. 19, 2024). After one-week long arbitration hearing, obtained favorable Final Award, later confirmed in federal court.
